HUESCA .- The Department of Environment, through the Provincial de Huesca Service has taken steps to file a complaint against two paragliders that flew 25 February repeatedly at low altitude and screams issued against an osprey nest located in the vicinity Cerler. This action caused the adults abandon the nest for a long time and one chickens, only 6 days, died unattended, according to the Government of Aragon (GA) in a statement.
