Yesterday we had the opportunity to meet with Tiziana Finzi, director of the Miami International Film Festival. After directing several film festivals in Europe, Tiziana has moved to wet to revolutionize the city, with its particular experimental mind, the format of the festival. Tiziana wanted to know because it is integrating the visual arts exhibition and knows first hand the recent creation of the Tenerife Film Commission and the plethora of film festivals that bathe the islands. Cultural passenger sees the opportunity he was looking to boost the presence of filmmakers canaries in the various sections of the event featuring short films, cutting the edge, documentaries and big productions.
I remain, however, in the spirit and charm of his personality. Tiziana is an oasis of sophistication in the middle of Miami.
